Divorce…no one I’ve ever known has experienced a stress-free, uncomplicated divorce. In fact, they are usually quite the opposite, at least in my case. After hiring Brian Langley, I can positively tell you he will have your back from day one. He will be truthful with you as to where you stand and what to expect from your particular circumstances. However, you have to be honest upfront, which is hard to do sometimes. Mr. Langley doesn’t judge you, he takes the facts and goes to work for YOU. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and will guide you through the entire process. He will keep you from spending unnecessary attorney fees. There were times I wanted to subpoena everything I could, but he would push back and say, let’s just take a breath and wait. I don’t mean to be lengthy in my review but he will keep you calm and make you feel safe during the proceedings. Mr. Langley also has an excellent para-legal to assist him. I give that team all the credit for my outcome. When you’re in the middle of trauma, you can’t see beyond the hurt and pain sometimes. He’s there for you every step of the way! Trust him!
I used the Langley law firm to help get a custody schedule set with my children’s father. Brian and Kelsey were both so good to me and took all my concerns seriously. He allowed me to come into the office several times whenever there was a lot of things going on that needed to be talked about. My wife and I had just traveled into Spartanburg from the coastal area of NC to meet for a probate appointment for my late father-in-law’s estate. We were told to have documents notarized for this appointment. We had parked across from the new Courthouse right in front of the Langley Law firm. We went in hoping to get our documents notarized. We were met by Paige Nelson immediately and we explained our situation. Paige was very friendly and professional and was able to notarize all of our documents. A stressful situation was made very comforting by Paige and I think Langley law is very blessed to have a great and helpful staff. I used Brian Langley as my lawyer for my divorce. He was very helpful and very upfront in telling me the more you can agree the less money you will spend on this, the more I set my pride aside and emotions aside, and did what I thought would be best for my children I was able to get this done without my ex even needing a lawyer. Brian and his paralegal were always nice, supportive, and very helpful. They respond quickly, and their prices are more than fair. Using their advice i finished my divorce for less than the retaining fee. And I ended up getting all of the main things that I wanted out of it.
